Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Officer to join our Human Success team. The role will own the full recruitment cycle while supporting onboarding, HR operations and employee documentation. Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare employment offers and handle all pre‑employment and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR documentation and recruitment trackers.
• Support HR operations such as probation follow‑up, employee letters, policy administration and lifecycle processes.
• Assist employee engagement and internal communication initiatives to promote a positive experience.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Prepare HR and recruitment reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Very good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Experience with regional recruitment, especially across the GCC, is a strong advantage.
• Strong interviewing, communication, organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
