Information Systems Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Manager to lead our development team, design scalable web applications, and align technology initiatives with business goals. The role combines hands‑on full‑stack expertise with strong leadership and a solid understanding of enterprise systems, including ERP integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, driving architectural decisions and ensuring coding standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between development, product, QA, and business teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Drive Agile practices, improve development workflows, and promote continuous knowledge sharing.
• Support production environments by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack web development experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or team‑management role.
• Proven track record delivering scalable applications in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and product stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise integrations.

Required skills

• Angular (component‑based architecture, RxJS, state management).
• .NET Core (RESTful APIs, microservices, authentication/authorization).
• Microservices design (API gateways, service communication, distributed patterns).
• MS SQL Server (database design, stored procedures, query optimization, performance tuning).
• Automated testing frameworks and software development best practices.
