Infrastructure Support Specialist - Network

About the role

As a member of the Infrastructure Support team, you will provide both operational and project support for TDM Group and its global partners. You will ensure incidents, problems, and requests are resolved within agreed service levels while contributing to network‑focused projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑line support for network incidents and requests, adhering to SLA and ITIL standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network infrastructure problems.
• Implement, configure, and manage multi‑vendor routing, switching, firewall, and UTM solutions.
• Maintain network monitoring, security utilities, and documentation.
• Participate in 24x7 on‑call rotation and travel on demand for project deployments.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in networking, preferably with leadership exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Network Science, Engineering or related field.
• Current CCNP and/or CCSP certification (required).
• Fortinet NSE 4 (strongly preferred) and optional NSE 5/7.
• Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (strongly preferred) and optional Azure Administrator Associate.
• Strong spoken and written English.

• Cisco, Netgear, HP routing and switching platforms.
• Fortinet, SonicWall firewalls and UTM appliances.
• Intrusion Prevention, DDoS mitigation, VPN, WAN technologies.
• Microsoft Azure networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.
• AWS networking.
• Linux server administration.
• Python programming.
• Git, version control.
• Automation tools such as Ansible, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines.
• Technical documentation.
