About the role
Join MetLife Jordan as an Insurance Sales Specialist and help individuals and businesses secure their financial future. You will work in Amman, promoting a range of insurance products while building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients to present insurance solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the branch.
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of long‑term customers.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on policy options.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
