About the role
We are looking for an IT Coordinator to manage, maintain and repair our IT systems across Accor’s hospitality operations. You will ensure that hardware, software and network services run smoothly, providing reliable support to employees.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and repair IT systems, including servers, workstations and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network faults.
- Install and configure hardware and software according to company standards.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and support to end‑users.
- Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues.
Required profile
- Strong oral communication skills to gather information and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to diagnose issues efficiently.
- Effective time‑management to deliver updates and fixes within promised timeframes.
