Junior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support our operations by collecting data, analysing processes and proposing improvements. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth month‑end closing, maintain data quality and contribute to cost‑optimization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day CO support issues and ensure smooth module operation.
• Manage month‑end closing activities related to SKF postings and assessment cycles.
• Maintain up‑to‑date data in the system for validations, FAGL, OKB9, Fleet & Spot, etc.
• Update quality system with current production information.
• Keep mapping sheets and related files current on the shared server.
• Support new projects and model roll‑outs across the network.
• Enhance validation rules for Operations/G&A postings.
• Calculate cost per shipment for major stations and analyse cost drivers.
• Assist in top‑customer profitability analysis.
• Contribute to project execution through planning, coordination and stakeholder follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferable).
