Junior Structural Engineer – Design Team

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Structural Engineer to join our design team. The role offers hands‑on experience in structural design and analysis for a variety of building and infrastructure projects while working closely with architects, MEP engineers and senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the structural design and analysis of building and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings and calculation reports for concrete and steel structures.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers and other disciplines to ensure model consistency.
• Participate in peer‑review sessions and BIM/model coordination activities.
• Develop project management and client communication skills through day‑to‑day interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a strong academic record.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or co‑ops.
• Attention to detail, strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000 or SAFE.
• Experience using CAD and BIM tools for drawing production and model coordination.
