About the role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead AI to drive Stillfront’s Art Hub AI strategy. Based in Amman, you will shape how generative AI tools empower creative teams across games and art production.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Art Hub’s AI roadmap, making generative AI the core enabler for all creative disciplines.
• Own and evolve the technical infrastructure that supports world‑class AI production.
• Automate brief generation, creative intelligence, art production and analysis in partnership with artists, strategists and developers.
• Curate, evaluate and recommend best‑in‑class generative AI tools, platforms and vendors.
• Establish lightweight pilots for new models and scale successful solutions.
• Track impact metrics such as time saved, adoption rates and output quality.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and maintain close collaboration with marketing and production teams.

Required profile

• Significant hands‑on experience with modern generative AI tools, APIs and workflows.
• Deep understanding of creative production pipelines in gaming or digital art.
• Strategic thinking combined with technical depth.
