Management Information Systems Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our MIS environment, ensuring that business processes are supported by effective IT solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the organization’s MIS platforms.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Produce regular data reports and interactive dashboards for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement data‑driven solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with data reporting and dashboard creation.
- Basic knowledge of database concepts and structures.
