Market Access Manager MENA – Specialty Business

About the role

MS Pharma is seeking a Market Access Manager for its Specialty portfolio across the MENA region. The role focuses on developing and executing pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies to maximize product accessibility, competitiveness and sustainable commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional pricing strategy, including list, tender and reimbursement prices.
• Lead pricing and bidding strategies for tenders and major institutional accounts.
• Develop reimbursement strategies and negotiate with government payers and private insurers.
• Lead health economics activities such as budget impact analyses, cost‑effectiveness studies and value dossiers.
• Build and manage relationships with key government, public and private payers and healthcare decision‑makers.
• Drive market access to major strategic accounts, including public and private hospital groups.
• Develop regional market access strategies, identify barriers and opportunities across MENA.
• Coordinate with local market access teams to ensure compliance with country‑specific regulations.
• Monitor pricing, reimbursement, tender outcomes, competitor activity and policy developments.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain and Business Development to integrate market access into launch and portfolio strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with MENA healthcare markets and payer landscapes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and engage with senior stakeholders.
