Mechanical Engineer – Design Team

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our design team in Amman, Jordan. The role involves applying mechanical engineering principles to support a variety of engineering projects, from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement mechanical methodologies across engineering projects.
• Analyze and optimise processes using mechanical principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and improve product designs.
• Conduct detailed technical analyses and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues and propose effective solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience, preferably with exposure to PHFP methodologies.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering software and tools relevant to mechanical engineering.
• Experience with PHFP methodologies.
