Medical Representative

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Julphar’s pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare providers, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders across an assigned territory in Jordan. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role involves delivering therapeutic solutions, building strong relationships and supporting customers’ purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets while managing the assigned territory, including customers, retailers and key stakeholders.
• Implement Julphar’s sales and marketing plan, schedule sales calls, and maintain regular visit frequency.
• Prepare daily, monthly and CRM reports, maintain customer profiles and provide market feedback.
• Organise audio‑visual activities and promotional events for healthcare professionals in coordination with line and marketing managers.
• Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence and report findings.
• Prospect new business opportunities and ensure proper use of promotional tools and free medical samples.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (mandatory).
• 2‑4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of distributor/agent operations, government accounts and tendering processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Proven capability to build partnerships with internal marketing and medical teams.
