Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative promotes Julphar’s pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare providers, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders within an assigned territory. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Rep supports customers’ buying decisions by offering therapeutic solutions that meet their needs while upholding Julphar’s core values and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Develop and manage the assigned sales territory, including customers, retailers and key stakeholders.
• Implement the company’s sales and marketing plan and territory coverage plan (call frequency and visit schedule).
• Maintain daily reports, customer profiles, and marketing feedback in the CRM system.
• Organise audio‑visual activities for healthcare providers in coordination with line and marketing managers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Utilise promotional tools, free medical samples and other services to meet targets.
• Continuously prospect for new business opportunities.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, multitasking and planning abilities.
• Ability to self‑learn, update knowledge and convey information to health professionals.
