Mid-level Frontend Developer (AEM / CMS Experience) - 6 Months

About the role

Octopus, part of Robusta Technology Group, is seeking a mid‑level Frontend Developer to join a 6‑month project focused on building modern, responsive, and accessible web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, QA, and content authors in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑performance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Create reusable UI components aligned with design systems and component‑driven architecture.
• Build interactive experiences with React (preferred), Next.js, or Vue.js, handling state management and application logic.
• Integrate frontend components into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore, Contentful, Storyblok, WordPress).
• Convert Figma designs into pixel‑perfect, responsive interfaces, maintaining design tokens and branding guidelines.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, support RTL layouts, and optimise performance for fast load times.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with AEM or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
• Proven ability to develop reusable UI components and work from Figma design files.
• Experience collaborating in Agile teams with designers, backend developers, and QA.
