Mid‑Senior Flutter Mobile Developer – Remote (Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Flutter Mobile Developer to build the ISA Mobile Application for iOS and Android. The work is part‑time, remote, and must be performed from Jordan under a deliverable‑based service agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the ISA Mobile App in Flutter according to the approved functional requirements and API contracts.
• Implement offline read‑only access, secure biometric authentication, and real‑time chat via WebSocket.
• Provide full Arabic/English localization with RTL layout support.
• Integrate push notifications (FCM) and crash/analytics reporting.
• Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner on API definition and sequencing.
• Deliver milestones with functional testing, obtain written TPO approval, and supply submission‑ready iOS and Android builds.
• Maintain a clean atomic commit history using Conventional Commits and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Hand over complete source code and documentation to the FSF GitHub organization.

Required profile

• Proven production experience with Flutter (1‑2+ shipped apps on both iOS and Android).
• Strong knowledge of state‑management solutions such as Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider.
• Ability to work independently, ask clarifying questions, and deliver high‑quality code without close supervision.
