Minibar Attendant

About the role

The Minibar Attendant provides essential guest‑service support in a luxury hotel environment. You will ensure minibar inventories are stocked, clean work areas are maintained, and guests receive a seamless, memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish and restock minibar items across guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of minibar stations and surrounding workspaces.
• Assist the kitchen and food‑and‑beverage teams with basic tasks as needed.
• Handle inventory counts, verify product information, and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior experience required; experience in food & beverage is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
