Multi‑Country Representative – MENA (Amman)

About the role

IMPACT Initiatives is seeking a senior Multi‑Country Representative to lead its integrated missions across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) from its new regional hub in Amman, Jordan. The role reports to the Regional Coordinator and is responsible for overseeing program delivery, regional fundraising and partnership building, and the operational set‑up of the hub.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate integrated mission teams in Yemen, Lebanon and Libya, ensuring alignment with IMPACT’s strategic objectives.
• Represent IMPACT with regional stakeholders, donors and partners, leading fundraising initiatives and partnership development.
• Lead the establishment and day‑to‑day operations of the Amman Multi‑Country Office and regional hub.
• Provide direct oversight and leadership to regional programme staff, establishing effective team structures.
• Host regional administrative and operational teams, and coordinate with independent missions while respecting line‑management boundaries.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in humanitarian programme management and regional coordination.
• Proven track record in fundraising, donor relations and partnership building.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities in multi‑country settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
