Odoo Implementer

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Implementer to lead end‑to‑end ERP implementation projects in Amman. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a smooth go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Odoo ERP implementation projects from kickoff through hyper‑care.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering and gap‑analysis workshops and document business processes.
• Configure, test, and deliver Odoo modules based on client needs.
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting during user acceptance testing and post‑launch hyper‑care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BIT, BIS, MIS, AIS or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with Odoo, ERP systems, business analysis or software implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
