Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth ordering and delivery process for strategic partners by optimizing shipments and logistics activities. The role also handles RMA processes and submits insurance claims efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing with vendors and business units across all product lines.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales order cycle, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Handle customer and partner inquiries related to orders, shipments, and license delivery.
• Administer vendor portals to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
• Lead Operations teams in Jordan and Iraq, supervising daily activities.
• Monitor shipment progress, delivery performance, and compliance with lead times.
• Coordinate logistics services, negotiate contracts, and secure competitive freight rates.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, work with customs and clearing agents.
• Collaborate with finance on credit management, goods‑in‑transit monitoring, and cost allocation.
• Supervise warehouse operations, inventory audits, and stock movement.
• Conduct compliance reviews with internal audit and ensure export documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across multiple countries to drive operational efficiency and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in operations, order management, and logistics.
