Storekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a Storekeeper to join our newly launched Airport Hospitality operation, supporting both our Airport Lounge and Transit Hotel. The role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory, receiving goods, and ensuring smooth daily operations across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Conduct physical checks of deliveries, including damage, expiry dates, temperature compliance and product quality.
• Maintain real‑time, accurate inventory records for all incoming and issued goods.
• Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage of chilled, frozen and dry goods according to standards.
• Record all stock movements, update GRN and inventory systems, and compare invoices with packing lists.
• Reject damaged or incorrect items and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages or excess stock, and coordinate with internal departments for timely supply availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse or inventory control roles.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
