Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Amman. The role focuses on expanding our client base by actively engaging with customers in the field and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring a customer‑centric approach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting.
• Provide market feedback to help shape product and service offerings.

Required profile

• Resident of Amman.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in outdoor or field‑based roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and persistent.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus.
