Paid Ad Designer (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Paid Ad Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. The primary focus will be creating high‑quality, performance‑driven ad assets for platforms such as Meta, while also supporting landing page and social media design when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design compelling paid‑ad creatives across multiple platforms and formats.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.
• Translate marketing goals and messaging into eye‑catching visual concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing/growth team to align creatives with campaign objectives.
• Provide occasional support for landing‑page and social‑media design.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing paid‑advertising creatives.
• Strong portfolio that showcases paid‑ad work.
• Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion‑focused design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator (or similar design tools).
• Experience with motion or video design is a plus.
• Landing‑page and social‑media design experience is a plus.
