Patients Affairs Manager

About the role

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation is looking for a Patients Affairs Manager to lead the day‑to‑day implementation of patient support services and psychosocial programs within its Patient Affairs Unit. This operational role ensures that logistical and well‑being services are delivered in line with KHCF policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee logistical support services, including transportation, accommodation, and basic needs for patients.
• Manage psychosocial initiatives such as educational support programs, patient engagement activities, and well‑being programs.
• Supervise Coordinators and Senior Coordinators, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with KHCC, Finance, and other KHCF departments to maintain quality and consistency of service delivery.
• Monitor execution, follow‑up, and coordination of all patient support activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, including direct exposure to patient support operations and financial reconciliation.
