About the role

Qubbat AlMarifeh Academy is seeking a dedicated Physics Teacher to join its faculty in Amman. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering engaging physics lessons to middle and high school students while fostering inquiry‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver physics lessons that integrate relevant mathematics.
• Conduct safe laboratory experiments and demonstrations.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Participate in curriculum development and school-wide academic events.
• Communicate with families as needed and contribute to a supportive school community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Physics Education, or a related field.
• Prior teaching experience at the middle or high school level is preferred.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt methods to diverse learners.
• Effective classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student welfare, professional ethics, and continuous development.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of school‑level physics concepts.
• Solid understanding of mathematics applicable to physics education.
