PMO Officer

About the role

Network International is seeking a PMO Officer to support its portfolio and project management objectives across the Levant region. Working closely with the Head of Customer Delivery, the role will help define, implement and continuously improve project management processes, standards and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Support all phases of the project management lifecycle to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Coordinate and organize project activities, monitoring plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Operate within the PMO framework covering Portfolio, Program and Project Management Offices.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document decisions and follow‑up on action items.
• Prepare presentations and reports for project reviews.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Identify risks and issues, recommending and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Lead meetings, distribute minutes and maintain a project calendar tracking milestones.
• Execute project‑related tasks and contribute to strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience establishing PMO practices and working in a project management capacity.
• Strong communication skills to engage cross‑functional teams and develop governance structures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced financial‑technology environment.
