Post-Production Instructor — Editing, Color & Motion

About the role

PG Academy is seeking a full‑time Post‑Production Instructor to teach editing, color correction, and motion graphics to students across animation, filmmaking, advertising, and game projects. The role involves guiding learners through the entire post‑production pipeline and ensuring they meet professional delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and hands‑on workshops on video‑editing fundamentals and advanced workflows.
• Teach color correction, color grading, and motion‑graphics techniques using industry‑standard tools.
• Introduce AI‑assisted editing and compositing workflows into the curriculum.
• Provide feedback on student projects and assess final deliverables against broadcast and streaming specifications.
• Stay current with emerging post‑production technologies and integrate them into course material.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an editor, colorist, motion designer, or compositor.
• Experience delivering content for commercial, broadcast, streaming, film, or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio or professional reel demonstrating relevant work.
