Presales Engineer

About the role

FastRabbit is seeking a full‑time Presales Engineer to work on‑site in Amman. You will support the sales team by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from requirement analysis to solution design and proposal delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design tailored IT solutions for infrastructure, security, and integration projects.
• Prepare proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct technical assessments, respond to RFPs, and perform product evaluations.
• Collaborate with sales, technical support, and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with best practices.
• Provide guidance on implementation approaches and address technical questions from customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to continuous improvement of FastRabbit’s service offerings.

Required profile

• Strong presales and sales skills, including solution design, proposal preparation, and customer presentations.
• Solid technical support and integration experience to assess environments and troubleshoot issues.
• Robust security knowledge with experience in IT security design and implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for customer‑facing interactions.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with infrastructure services, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise‑grade IT environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman, manage multiple opportunities, and adapt to evolving client requirements.
