Pricing Officer – Optimize Pricing Strategies

About the role

We are seeking a Pricing Officer to join High Tech Talents (HTT) and help shape pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with sales, procurement and cross‑functional teams to ensure pricing decisions are data‑driven and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze pricing data, sales trends and cost structures to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that improve profitability and competitiveness.
• Conduct margin and profitability analysis, including forecasting pricing impacts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and other departments to align pricing with overall business goals.
• Manage and execute price updates across products and channels with accuracy.
• Support quotation processes for new and existing customers.
• Lead pricing reviews and perform sensitivity analysis to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pricing, finance or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
