Product Specialist – Aesthetic Medical Devices

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote and sell Imdad’s aesthetic medical devices to both new and existing customers across Jordan. The role combines consultative sales, product demonstrations, and after‑sales support including in‑service training.

Key responsibilities

• Perform consultative sales, prospecting new and existing customers, and continuously update them on product modifications and enhancements.
• Schedule appointments, conduct product demonstrations and in‑service training at customer sites.
• Maintain the customer database, submit weekly sales and marketing reports, and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and attend relevant conferences and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience or a related scientific field.
• 2–3 years of experience in medical device sales; dermatology experience is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and personal car for customer visits.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Effective time‑management, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
