Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that production targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is pivotal in coordinating teams, streamlining processes, and maintaining a safe work environment within a chemical paints manufacturing setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production runs to meet daily targets.
• Supervise the production team, ensuring correct formulations and strict quality‑control procedures.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with approved standards.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe workplace, adhering to health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Coordinate closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
• Prepare production reports and follow up on operational issues.

Required profile

• University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Sciences.
• 2–3 years of experience in paints or chemicals manufacturing.
• Proven ability to build and manage teams.
• Analytical, dynamic, and hands‑on attitude.
• Computer literate.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
