Production Trainer – Aircraft Maintenance Environment

About the role

The Production Trainer (B1) is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering and monitoring Aircraft Maintenance Environment Training (AMET) and Work Experience programmes for academy students and external trainees. The role ensures training aligns with Joramco’s policies, the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), the Maintenance Training Organisation Exposition (MTOE) and EASA/CARC Part‑145 regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the Aircraft Maintenance Environment Training and Work Experience programmes for all academy students.
• Notify designated personnel of any irregularities in training materials, processes or equipment and monitor student performance against training objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, supervisors and departments involved in the programmes.
• Support external students by facilitating their integration into the maintenance environment, resolving operational issues and answering programme‑related queries.
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports on trainee progress as required.
• Promote compliance with safety, quality and human‑factors requirements throughout all training activities.

Required profile

• Valid EASA/CARC Part‑66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
• Minimum five years of aircraft maintenance experience within a Part‑145 maintenance organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Part‑66 and Part‑145 regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Very good command of the English language.
