Programme and Reporting Specialist

About the role

UNICEF Yemen is looking for a Programme and Reporting Specialist to support the Cash for Nutrition and Livelihoods Programme (CfNLP). Based in Amman, you will coordinate programme activities, monitor progress, and produce high‑quality reports for donors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate programme planning, implementation tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain workplans, reporting calendars, action trackers and documentation.
• Produce donor reports, briefing notes, presentations and analytical updates.
• Consolidate inputs from UNICEF teams, implementing partners, the World Bank and other stakeholders.
• Support programme review meetings, technical working groups and World Bank missions.
• Monitor programme progress, risks, indicators and key deliverables.
• Conduct implementation analyses and recommend improvements.
• Support development of SOPs, templates, operational guidance and knowledge products.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to organizational learning and adaptive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Development Studies, International Development or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in programme management, project coordination or donor‑funded programme implementation.
• Strong report‑writing, analytical and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
