Project Architect (Amman)

About the role

High Tech Talents is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead complex architectural projects in Amman, Jordan. The role combines strong design judgment with deep technical expertise, overseeing projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to produce architectural deliverables, ensuring code compliance and quality standards.
• Develop detailed construction documentation, technical solutions, and product/material research.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and fee tracking across multiple concurrent projects.
• Administer construction activities, including site visits, RFIs, submittal reviews, and permitting processes.
• Mentor junior staff, lead project meetings, and maintain clear communication throughout project phases.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of architectural experience with a proven record of delivering complex projects.
• Professional degree in Architecture and an active architecture license.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit/BIM for producing full working drawing sets.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
