Project Coordinator – Infrastructure (Design Team)

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the Infrastructure Design team in monitoring project progress, ensuring deliverables are met and maintaining smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Track status, deliverables and schedules of all infrastructure projects and coordinate team activities to keep workflows on track.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed throughout each design stage.
• Coordinate with project managers on variation orders (VOs).
• Manage project documentation, guaranteeing that all materials are current, properly filed and stored.
• Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and email correspondence.
• Communicate with clients to define project requirements, scope and objectives for infrastructure initiatives.
• Identify and resolve gaps in interdisciplinary coordination for design tasks.
• Support monitoring of deployment, revenue, cost, profitability and payment collection for projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or Business Administration.
• PMP certification is a plus.
