Project Coordinator - Infrastructure (Design team)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Infrastructure Design team. You will ensure that project deliverables are met on schedule and act as a key liaison between clients, project managers and design specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Track status, deliverables and schedules of all infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with team members to keep workflow on track throughout all design stages.
• Work with project managers on variation orders (VOs) and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage project paperwork, ensuring all materials are current, properly filed and stored.
• Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and email communications.
• Communicate with clients to define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Identify and address gaps in interdisciplinary coordination for infrastructure design tasks.
• Support monitoring of deployment, revenue, cost, profitability and payment collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or Business Administration.
• PMP certification is a plus.
