Project Engineer

About the role

Support the execution of project activities by applying basic project management and engineering knowledge. You will assist in monitoring progress, preparing documentation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across the PMC unit.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and update project deliverables, reports and schedules.
• Track project progress, follow up on assigned actions and maintain logs or registers.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines to collect inputs and review submittals for completeness.
• Attend coordination meetings, take accurate minutes and escalate discrepancies to senior engineers.
• Assist in tender preparation, pre‑qualification questionnaires and maintain records of clarifications.
• Support technical and commercial evaluation of bids under supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimal experience; internship or academic project work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera and document‑control tools (e.g., Aconex).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
