Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of assigned construction packages within a giga‑scale construction project. The role involves overseeing site execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of assigned construction packages.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, HSE, manpower, equipment, and productivity.
• Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Lead site coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
• Identify risks, delays, and issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with planning, technical, commercial, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Prepare progress updates and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of construction project management experience on large‑scale, mega or giga projects.
• Extensive contractor‑side experience in site execution, subcontractor management, and planning coordination.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Consultant or client‑only experience will not be accepted.
