Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of strategic, enterprise‑wide projects for a leading bank. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and external partners to ensure projects meet time, budget, and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations and roadmaps.
• Coordinate and manage cross‑functional teams, monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare governance artifacts, executive presentations and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s Project Governance Framework, policies and standards.
• Track project budgets, monitor financial performance and control costs.
• Participate in vendor evaluation, selection, contract recommendation and performance monitoring.
• Measure project performance using KPIs and earned‑value metrics, providing regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Professional certifications such as PMP and Agile certifications (Scrum, PMI‑ACP, SAFe) are preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
