Proposals Engineer – Civil Engineering (Full‑time)

About the role

We are a tier‑A general contractor seeking a detail‑oriented Proposals Engineer with extensive civil‑engineering experience. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, performing quantity take‑offs, and supporting the tendering process to win new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical proposals and assist in commercial proposal preparation.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation for civil works.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in proposals, estimation, or tendering.
• Strong command of English (reading and writing).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
