Purchasing & Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Purchasing & Logistics Officer to manage end‑to‑end procurement activities and coordinate international shipments. The role bridges the gap between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring materials are sourced competitively and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Review requisitions, source suppliers, compare quotations and issue purchase orders.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers.
• Arrange international shipments, handle transportation, import documentation and customs clearance.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules, resolving shortages, delays or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement, supplier, shipping and delivery records in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Finance and other internal teams to align procurement with operational needs.
• Build and sustain effective supplier relationships through strong communication and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of purchasing, procurement and logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with international purchasing, import procurement and supplier management.
• Fluent written and spoken English; supply‑chain certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for purchasing, supplier and delivery management.
