Quality Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. In this role you will help define requirements, ensure testability, and drive high‑quality software delivery through rigorous testing and client support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to elicit and document business requirements and project objectives.
• Facilitate communication among developers (Vietnamese), product owners (English) and end‑users (English) to ensure alignment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives – and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration and system testing.
• Perform user acceptance testing, report defects in JIRA, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, results and coverage.
• Provide email and live‑chat support to clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues and managing expectations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into testable specifications.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with multicultural teams.
• Detail‑oriented approach to testing and documentation.

• JIRA for defect tracking and workflow management.
