About the role
Konoz is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Amman. You will be responsible for preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for signage, branding, and fit‑out projects, ensuring that cost control, production, and logistics are aligned with the project’s design.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update BOQs for various projects.
- Take off quantities from drawings, specifications, and site surveys.
- Price each project individually in USD and JOD.
- Support tendering, budgeting, and variation orders.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to keep quantities aligned with actual construction.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take‑off, estimation, or tendering.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document and justify numbers.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently.
- Experience with quantity take‑off and BOQ processes.
