About the role

This position is dedicated to supporting the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while building strong relationships with clients. You will gain hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment and stay up‑to‑date with market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Maintain and update a talent database for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, qualifications, and experience criteria.
• Research, map, and headhunt top talent using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Prepare market trend analyses and share insights with the team.
• Provide administrative support such as profile formatting, offer administration, and bulk email communications.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, screenings, and reference checks.
• Coordinate interview calendars for hiring teams and candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
