Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CTI Distribution is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join its Amman office. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions, from junior staff to senior managers across finance, technology, sales, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and department heads to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Write engaging job descriptions and post advertisements on LinkedIn, job boards, university portals, and other channels.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews in English and Arabic, evaluating experience, communication skills, compensation expectations, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage interview logistics, candidate communications, reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles in accounting, technology, sales, and management.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and source effectiveness while keeping candidate records confidential.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across finance, accounting, technology, sales, and management functions.
• Strong sourcing and direct‑outreach skills, especially on LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, organization, and follow‑up abilities.
