Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will lead end‑to‑end hiring for Kingdom Health, supporting the upcoming launch of its hospital and university campuses. Working closely with department heads and affiliated partners, you will ensure a smooth candidate experience and help build a diverse, high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through social media, networking events, job fairs and other channels.
• Screen applications, verify professional licenses, certifications and credentials.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess interest, qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide timely feedback and insights to hiring managers and the HR Manager.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and ensure a seamless entry for new hires.
• Partner with department leaders to create and update job description cards that meet JCI and HCAC accreditation standards.
• Support workforce planning aligned with the phased staffing plan for the hospital and university launch.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of recruitment experience in hospitals or healthcare organizations.
• Professional HR certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse recruitment metrics and use data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Experience building talent pipelines and executing employer branding strategies.
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards (JCI, HCAC).
