About the role
The Corporate Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and profitably managing banking relationships with corporate clients. The role involves delivering comprehensive business banking solutions while adhering to Capital Bank’s policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage existing corporate client relationships and acquire new corporate clients.
- Maximise up‑selling and cross‑selling of Capital Bank’s products and services.
- Conduct field visits to corporate clients to understand their needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities based on client requirements.
- Review and recommend credit requests, ensuring compliance with credit policies and appropriate risk‑return propositions.
- Perform credit analysis and prepare credit reports for approval.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
