Rental Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Rental Sales Engineer to drive market coverage in the Saudi Eastern Region’s oil and gas sector. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the oil‑free air, specialized applications and Power & Flow businesses through sales, project development and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume, revenue and gross profit targets while expanding market share.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key oil & gas customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including project development and vendor alignment.
• Prepare quotations, follow‑up with customers and close orders.
• Maintain daily activity records in Salesforce, including contacts, quotations, contracts and lost‑order reports.
• Monitor market trends, prepare action plans and report on performance.
• Support health, safety and equipment care policies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote digital solutions and automation to enhance customer communication and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the industrial or oil & gas sector.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and improving processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM.
