Reseller Operations Advisor

About the role

The Reseller Operations Advisor will manage and support BIGO’s authorized reseller partners who sell BIGO virtual currency (diamonds). The role ensures smooth onboarding, compliance, performance monitoring, and operational execution across the reseller ecosystem, contributing to stable revenue and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard suitable reseller candidates, handling documentation, contracts, and technical activation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with resellers, assisting with purchase procedures, pricing, incentives, and policy updates.
• Verify bank transfer proofs, process currency release requests, and ensure timely delivery of diamonds.
• Track reseller KPIs such as sales volume, activity, and retention; provide training and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (VIP, Agency, Operations, Finance, Risk) to support recharge needs and campaign initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitor compliance with BIGO policies and local regulations, and escalate suspicious cases.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, account management, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and identify risks.
• Excellent communication skills for building professional relationships with resellers.
