Reservation Agent

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with their booking needs across flights, hotels, car rentals and other services. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, handling reservations efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in making reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals and related services.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email or in‑person, providing clear information on policies, procedures and available options.
• Process payments, manage billing inquiries and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of all customer interactions and reservations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar customer‑service role.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service certifications are a plus.
