Reservation Executive

About the role

The Reservation Executive manages and processes client reservations for travel, accommodation and related services, ensuring accurate bookings and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and process reservations for travel, accommodations and other services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Interact with clients via phone, email or in person to assist with bookings, answer inquiries and provide pricing information.
• Use reservation and booking systems to check availability, make reservations and update client records.
• Prepare and send confirmation documents such as itineraries, tickets and vouchers.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, car‑rental agencies and other vendors to secure reservations and confirm availability.
• Manage payment processes, including invoicing, billing, refunds and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintain records of reservations, cancellations and customer feedback, and produce regular performance reports.
• Stay informed about travel trends and industry developments to advise clients.
• Resolve reservation issues, discrepancies, special requests or changes to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in handling reservations or bookings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer‑focused attitude with problem‑solving capabilities.
